Shipping Information

We use the USPS Flat rate service. Please allow 2-3 business days once product has shipped. MP Bastian products will ship in 3-5 business days once we receive your order. Most of our products are made on-site once the order is placed. Hope Flower Farm/Holly Heider Chapple Collection is a custom order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for handcrafting. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has shipped.

Please make sure you have provided a secure location for its arrival. Do not hesitate to contact us when you place your order for us to write a note on the package for the delivery driver to place it in a secure spot of your choice. We want to make sure your precious cargo stays safe. Our products are handcrafted when an order is placed. We are not Amazon, and our products are not made in China. We can not just reach into a box and easily pop another widget in the mail to you if you do not receive it. Argh matey, porch pirates beware!

We do ship internationally. Pricing is based on each countries specific rate. Please note that customer pays all international duties, tariffs, etc. MP Bastian is not responsible for additional fees.
