Are Your Belts Adjustable? Do you offer different sizing?
Most of our belts have adjustable sizing already. We have different sizing for different items. Each of these belts can be made smaller or larger either through their own hardware or by request. We just use the sizes as a starting point so there is not too little strap or too much excess.
For our flip belts with a standard belt buckle front, there is one buckle hole on the front. The front is not adjustable as to not alter the look of the fashionable front design. The back of the belt is an all elastic band which adjusts to a waist size of 30"-50".
If your waist is smaller or larger than the sizes we have pre-listed on the website for any of our belts, email us to inquire. We are happy to adjust the sizing to be larger. To be smaller, it will depend on how small you need it to be and the type of belt you would like. Some loose their integrity but we can help you make adjustments for that.
Can I get a refund?
You can receive a full refund for the product cost in the first 14 days after the purchase if you have not used or worn the belt. You pay to ship it back. We will process the refund after we inspect it after arrival. Please let us know if you are interested in a refund and we will send the shipping address. We accept international order refunds. Again, we only refund for the product cost. We do not refund any shipping costs.
My belt broke. Now what?
Our belts have a two year warranty for manufacturing defects. If your belt broke for a non-manufacturing reason, let us know and we can work with you on an estimate.
Can I purchase a pre-made belt and a Build Your Own Tool Belt pocket and have them go together?
Yes! Almost everything is interchangeable (except wedding planner belts). Some things to pay attention to:
Some of our pre-made belts always come as a 1.25” wide belt but a few come as a standard 1.50” wide belt. Make sure the pocket(s) that you order have the same belt size that you ordered or already have.
Make sure that you have enough waist/belt. All of our pockets have a width size in the description. Example, if you have a 30” waist, it will be impossible to order 40” wide of pockets.
Pay attention to the leather and hardware colors that you are placing in the cart. We offer four leather colors and two hardware colors for most of the belts and pockets.
